Artist Eric Paré designed an innovative 360-degree bullet-time light-painting photo booth, which debuted at Adobe MAX. This unique installation combined advanced photographic techniques to capture subjects in a full circular array, enhanced by dynamic light-painting artistry. The project showcased a creative application of technology and artistic expression, offering attendees an immersive and interactive experience. Paré's work at Adobe MAX highlighted the potential for integrating specialized camera setups with live art to produce captivating visual content.

Experience our first-ever 360-degree light-painting photobooth, created for Adobe during Adobe MAX in Los Angeles, California. This groundbreaking installation combined the artistry of light painting with the precision of bullet-time photography, delivering a one-of-a-kind visual experience for event attendees. Using 32 perfectly synchronized cameras and our proprietary Xangle Camera Server (https://xangleCs.com), we captured stunning, hand-lit portraits in just one second per shot. Over the course of three days, we welcomed nearly 1,000 participants and produced more than 4,000 unique compositions—totaling over 128,000 high-resolution images. Every image was painted live with light, in real time, within a custom-built photobooth designed to immerse guests in a fully interactive creative experience.
