Virtual.ink Refine Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Virtual.ink Refine, including its desktop application, support services, and licence-related network requests. Eric Pare Studio inc. ("Xangle", "we", "us") is responsible for the processing described here.

When you activate or use a licence, Xangle may process your email address, licence and plan details, app and version information, machine-binding information, session data, and timestamps needed to authenticate and enforce the licence.

The application may send ordinary service request metadata, including IP address, date and time, user-agent or runtime information, and request outcome. Local network addresses used for device discovery are not necessarily transmitted to or retained by Xangle.

Diagnostics are collected only when you explicitly submit a report or request support. Depending on the report, it may include operating-system, runtime, GPU, display, connected-device, configuration, log, and network-reachability information. Do not include personal or customer content that you do not want to share.

Virtual.ink Refine may process content and technical data needed to provide the features you request. Customer media, project files, and outputs remain your responsibility and are not used for unrelated purposes. Optional cloud or delivery features are subject to the feature disclosure shown when used.

Some Xangle products send guest email addresses or delivery-session information when an operator chooses to share content. This does not make a guest a licence-holder account.

We process information to provide and secure the software, enforce licences, provide support, deliver requested cloud or sharing features, prevent abuse, comply with law, and communicate transactional or consented promotional information.

Service providers may include hosting, storage, email, payment, diagnostics, and infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal information. Retention depends on the purpose: licence and tax records may be retained for legal periods, session data expires according to its service policy, and support or diagnostics data is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent for optional processing.
